Refund and Returns Policy

• Dear valued customer,

  Before anything else, we would like to sincerely apologize that our product did not meet your expectations. This form is designed to facilitate the smooth processing of all exchange/return requests. Please have faith and bear with us as we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction.

  1. Our return policy follows the Sunnah. We accept returns for any perfume that you are unsatisfied with.
  2. Please note that it may take 5-6 working days to process your request.
  3. We accept returns/exchanges within 15 days of purchase.
  4. Perfumes should have at least 90% of the product remaining in the bottle.
  5. Returns and exchanges are only applicable to 10ML roll-ons and 50ML or 100ML perfume bottles.
  6. Return & Exchange for body mist & 5ML Spray tester cannot be accommodated.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If the cellophane, testers, or the box are missing, or if the box is damaged beyond how it was when we sent it to you, there might be some small charges.

Regarding perfumes, a small fee applies if it has been used up to 10%. No charges are applicable for almost negligible use, but if more than 10% of the product has been used, the return is unfortunately not eligible.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to you by original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, First send us an email at info@turaabisperfume.com and send your item to: Nooray wala Road Burj Attari Tehsil Ferozewala District Sheikhpura.

 

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Nooray wala Road Burj Attari Tehsil Ferozewala District Sheikhpura.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
